Nurses’ professional identity and information needs in the time of Covid-19: A latent cluster analysis

The aims of this study are to find out, how nurses differ regarding their professional identity in times Covid-19 and if different clusters also satisfaction with information needs. To get more insights work situation Covid-19, we asked about sources they use by whom feel supported, fear working Covid-19. We conducted a cross-sectional study. used online questionnaires. 266 Nurses Germany (N = 266) participated our was during pandemic. Our results show that most provided organisation. Most them social support through colleagues.
